Wear it in white.  Another great suggestion is to wear your long-sleeved dress in white.  This is a bold and very much unexpected turn for the more modest styled dress.  However, to keep the look fresh and not sterile, pair your look with bold colored accessories.  A lipstick red skinny belt and matching lipstick red pair of stiletto sandals would be my pick.  Accessories and heels in either black or royal blue would also work well with a white long-sleeved dress.
